What Weddings Include:

• Exclusive access to the 2,860 square foot sailcloth tent that has removable side walls
• Four acres of natural wooded beauty
• A 2,100 square foot Suite for the couple to get ready in separately with their wedding parties
• Unique outdoor ceremony location beneath our trees with bistro seating for 200 guests
• Rectangular and round tables to create a custom layout for up to 200 guests (12 custom rectangular wood 8′ tables, 8 rectangular plastic 6′ tables, 4 round plastic 60″ tables)
• Up to 200 natural wood bentwood chairs
• Spacious outdoor patio area for Cocktail Hour
• Modern outdoor men’s and women’s restrooms
• Vendor prep area with a refrigerator, stove, sink and counterspace
• Ability to hire your choice of a catering company
• Ability to provide your own beverages/alcohol (if guest count is over 50, a bartender must be hired)
• Easily accessed outdoor parking (golf cart valet rental available for $200)
• Private engagement shoot access to the property

• WEDDINGS
  • Facility rental rates are for any size up to 200. This allows access from 9AM to 11PM on Saturday. A scheduled, 1-hour rehearsal before your wedding day is also included. (You can also rent on Friday for an additional fee).
  • A 50% deposit and a signed contract are required to secure the date.
• PRIVATE EVENTS
  • A 50% deposit and a signed contract are required to secure the date.
  • Set-up and clean-up are not included in hourly price, additional hours must be added according to clients needs.
  • Table and chairs are included.
  • Private events do not have access to ceremony area.
